To get a nifty Bonkers startup screen please 
follow these instructions carefully:

1. Make a backup of your logo.sys file in C:\

2. To download the file, move the mouse pointer over the
   thumbnail and press the right(!) mouse button. Choose
   "Save Link as..." to save the file called either
   logo1.sys or logo2.sys

3. Rename it to logo.sys and replace the old logo.sys 
   with this new one.

4: TA-DA! You're finished now. The picture appeares next 
   time you're booting Windows.

Hint: If you wanna see the pictures in a normal picture
viwer you've got to rename it to logo.bmp (or something
else that ends with .bmp).
